Email Notifications not showing up?

Check the important or spam folder. Forward jennaolesonart emails to primary or general to never miss future updates. 

How long does each portrait take?

A pencil portrait takes 1-2 days while a colored pencil portrait takes about 3-4 days. The time the order was placed determines the wait in line, hence the total wait time 1-6 weeks, not including mail carrier times. 

Are the portraits limited to cats and dogs?

No, I can draw any animal including birds, reptiles, fish, etc.

What should the reference photo look like?

As high definition as possible with good lighting, (no blur, shadows). This will allow me to have maximum detail in each portrait to make it life-like. The better the reference, the better the portrait.

Background Photo?

You have the option to include a background in the portrait or keep it background-free. Some options for the background are: plain solid colors, nature, or customizable to your choice. The background can be kept the same as your portrait photos if you prefer. Here are some examples of what the reference photos might look like.

What kind of frame will I receive?

Frame design and color are subject to availability. If you select yes for a frame, the artist will choose a frame that best suits your portrait.

 

Refunds?

Returns and Refunds are not allowed when a commission has been started and/or sent. If a commission hasn't been started and the customer would like a refund, it will be accepted.
